Home Delivered (Homebound) Meals

Here at your local Area Agency on Aging, we offer home-delivered meals that are prepared and delivered for HOMEBOUND older adults age 60+. No older adult should experience hunger. It is our initiative to help older adults within all counties within our beautiful San Luis Valley. Criteria to receive home-delivered meals, you must be HOMEBOUND – unable to leave your home without assistance. Temporary homebound services may be allowed for emergency or hospital-released patients. For more information, call our Administration Office, 719-589-4511.

Are you interested in more information about nutrition or physical health? We offer nutrition education to promote better health.
